POLICIES

Bookings and cancellations

  A deposit is required  to book and secure every new appointment.  This deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your session.  
A minimum of 48 hours notice is required if you decide to reschedule your appointment.  If you choose to cancel your appointment within 48 hours or do not show, you will automatically forfeit your deposit, and a new one will be required to reschedule. 

Lateness

There is a 20 minute lateness policy!
Please call if you are going to be late. Being more than 20 minutes late to your appointment may result in the forfeit of your deposit and cancellation of your appointment. A new deposit will be needed to book any appointments that were cancelled due to lateness.

Results

  Healed results will vary with each individual client. NO guarantee will be made and additional sessions (at an additional charge) may be required to obtain optimal results. Although we give our best efforts to provide you with quality service, many factors can affect the outcome, and each client will heal differently.  At your follow up appointment, we will analyze how your body has responded to the initial color and can choose to alter it. Over time, your permanent makeup will fade and will require periodic touch ups.

Touch-ups

  All procedures require two sessions- an initial session to establish shape and a perfecting session 6-12 weeks later to ensure evenness in color and overall longevity of your results. 

Additional touch-up appointments will be charged depending on the amount of time passed since the last procedure.  All appointments, including touch-up appointments, are first come, first served. It is your responsibility to book your follow-up.
