POLICIES

  A nonrefundable deposit is required to book and secure every new appointment. This deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your final session.If you need to reschedule your appointment, you must give at least 72 hours' notice. If your appointment is cancelled for any reason within 72 hours or you do not show up, you will automatically forfeit your deposit, and you will need to give a new one to reschedule. 

You will be allowed 1 reschedule with proper 72+ hours notice. If there is a  second reschedule, your deposit will be forfeited. 

There is a 15 minute lateness policy.
Please call or text if you are going to be late. Arriving more than 15 minutes late to your appointment may result in the forfeit of your deposit and cancellation of your appointment. 

A new deposit will subsequently be needed to book any new appointments that were canceled due to lateness.

  Healed results will vary with each individual client. NO guarantee will be made and additional sessions (at an additional charge) may be required to obtain optimal results. Although we give our best efforts to provide you with quality service, many factors can affect the outcome, and each client will heal differently.  At your follow up appointment, we will analyze how your body has responded to the initial color and can choose to alter it. Over time, remember that your PMU will fade and will require periodic touch-ups.

  All procedures require two sessions- an initial session to establish shape, and a perfecting session 6-12 weeks later to ensure evenness in color and overall longevity of your results. 

Additional touch-up appointments will be charged depending on the amount of time passed since the last procedure.  All appointments, including touch-up appointments, are first come, first served. It is your responsibility to book your follow-up.
